The KF heats at Genk saw the complete domination of Callum Ilott (Zanardi / Parilla), 3-time winner and taking the advantage from Lando Norris (FA Kart / Vortex) with two victories. Hannes Janker (Zanardi / Parilla) has a very interesting third place ahead of Nicklas Nielsen (Kosmic / Vortex) in 4th, the fast Niko Kari (Tony Kart / Vortex) in 5th, Linus Lundqvist (Tony Kart / Vortex), a daring Swede 6th, Martijn Van Leeuwen (Zanardi / Parilla) 7th after starting from 23rd place in qualifying, Daniel Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex) 8th, Jehan Daruvala (FA Kart / Vortex) 9th and the Bahraini Nick Cristofaro (Tony Kart / TM) in 10th, a good performance after 30th in qualifying.

Four French drivers managed to qualify. 16th position for Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / TM) after a difficult first heat, 22nd for Julien Darras (ART GP / TM) who was very combative, 24th for Gabriel Aubry (Tony Kart / Vortex) despite dropping out of his second heat and 28th for Nicolas Gonzales (Kosmic / Parilla), after a nice second in the first heat, was excluded from the second for cutting the track involuntarily, although so many others had done it before him.

There were difficult starts for Felice Tiene (CRG / Parilla) who is only 19th, Karol Basz (Tony Kart / Vortex) 23rd, and Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart / TM), who was very unlucky in his heats and is first on the grid of the Repechage.
