Genk: Dale dominates the KZ2 heats

The pole sitter in KZ2, the Italian Andrea Dale (CRG / Maxter) continued his winning streak in the four heats. Jan Midrla (Birel / TM) was not far back with three wins, followed closely by Douglas Lundberg (Alpha / Parilla). In 4th position, Andreas Hansen (Tony Kart / Vortex) completed the quartet of drivers who stood out during this phase. Due to the presence of more than 74 drivers, the top 68 in KZ2 will compete in their two pre-finals on Sunday morning to be one of the 34 finalists.

Simas Juodvirsis (Energy / TM) moved up to 5th place ahead of his teammate Ricardo Romkema in 6th despite an average score in the second heat, Matteo Zanchi (GP / TM) is 7th, Guust Speck (Intrepid / TM) 8th, Simone Brenna (TB Kart / Modena) 9th and Finn Koojman (CRG / TM) 10th. While Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 14th, Marijn Kremers (Birel / TM), 2nd in qualifying, dropped out in a heat and found himself 15th ahead of Fabian Federer (CRG / Maxter), Joel Johansson (Righetti / Parilla ) and Maik Siebecke (CRG / Modena).

Charly Bizalion (Alpha / TM) had the best French result, in 36th place, Yohann Cresson (Tony Kart / Vortex) 40th, Thomas Maingre (Alpha / TM) 51st, Louis Bonsaudo (Alpha / TM) 55th and Amaury Bonduel (ART GP / TM) 60th.
