Lando Norris (FA Kart / Vortex) only improved his time over the first qualifying session in KF at the European Championship at Genk and set the fastest time with three laps remaining: 53” 549. Hannes Janker (Zanardi / Parilla) moved up to second position on the last lap to a tenth off the leader, followed by Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart / Parilla), Nikita Sitnikov (Tony Kart / Parilla) and Daniel Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex).

The battle was between Callum Ilott (Zanardi / Parilla) and Nicklas Nielsen (Kosmic / Vortex) in the second session. Until then 4th, Felice Tiene (CRG / Parilla) went in after only 4 laps with a broken engine. Lundqvist set the third fastest time. Jehan Daruvala (FA Kart / Vortex) moved up to 4th from Tom Joyner (Zanardi / Parilla). Ilott headed Nielsen by 17 thousandths with a lap of 53” 709.

Pole in the category went to Lando Norris ahead of Janker and Lorandi, Ilott was fourth ahead of Nielsen. Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / TM) finished 13th, Gabriel Aubry 17th, Julien Darras (ART GP / TM) 22nd, Nicolas Gonzales (Kosmic / Parilla) 25th, Alexandre Gadois (FA Kart / Parilla) 35th.
