Szyszko wins the 60 Mini final in the rain

The rain was still uncertain in the 60 Mini final, but the Sarno track had a lot of puddles. Although all together on the first lap, there were big differences between the competitors from the first lap onwards on the live timing. Maciej Szyszko (Tony Kart / LKE) took a clear advantage over David Vidales (FA Kart / LKE) and Skeed (Top Kart / Parilla) who started on the 6th row, Makar Mizevych (Tony Kart / LKE) was 4th, Giuseppe Fusco ( Lenzo / LKE) 5th ahead of Leonardo Marseglia (Lenzo / LKE) and Mattia Muller (Lenzo / LKE). Dennis Hauger (Hero / LKE) then took 6th position while Nicola Abrusci (Tony Kart / LKE) moved up to 8th after a difficult start.

Mizevych was losing ground in 8th position. Szyszko had a lead of over 4” in mid-race over Vidales, Skeed was 7” from the leader, with Fusco several lengths behind him. It was however Abrusci up to 4th, followed closely by Hauger and Muller. Mizevych then attacked Muller to gain 6th place. Abrusci lost three places on the last lap and finished only seventh despite his fastesr lap. Szyszko won with a comfortable lead over Vidales and Skeed, Hauger was 4th, Mizevych 5th and Muller 6th.
