Makar Mizevych (Tony Kart / LKE) qualified in 19th position and managed to beat Gisueppe Fusco (Lenzo / LKE), the leader of the heats on the wire in Prefinal A for 60 Mini at Sarno, clinching victory by 18 thousandths.
The situation was complicated in prefinal B with heavier rain and slick tyres. Although the leader Nicola Abrusci (Tony Kart / LKE) did well to win the race, the other favorite, Muizzuddin Abdul Gafar (Hero / LKE) lost everything.
