Dorian Boccolacci (Energy / TM) made a perfect start, far enough ahead of Max Vertsappen (CRG / TM), and Nicklas Nielsen (Kosmic / Vortex) was 3rd ahead of Jordon Lennox-Lamb (CRG / TM), Karol Basz (Tony Kart / Vortex), Tom Joyner (Zanardi / TM) and Felice Tiene (CRG / TM). Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / TM) was 14th, Lance Stroll (Zanardi / TM) and Luca Corberi (Kosmic / Vortex) were missing. On lap 4, they were bunched up behind the leader, with Lennox-Lamb 3rd behind Verstappen and ahead of Nielsen. Verstappen took the lead, the Lennox-Lamb followed and Boccolacci dropped to fifth behind Nielsen and Basz. Lap 6: Boccolacci took 2nd place in a tight fight with Tiene, Basz and Joyner, while Verstappen escaped. Lap 10: in the ongoing battle for 2nd place, Joyner and Tiene attacked Boccolacci who lost contact. Nielsen was 4th, with a gap. Besancenez entered the top 10. Nielsen and Hansen were tailgating Boccolacci on the last lap.
Verstappen won by over 2.5” ahead of Joyner and Tiene. Boccolacci retained 4th place ahead of Nielsen and Hansen, who was fastest. Lennox-Lamb finished 7th, Russo 8th, Basz 9th and Gomez 10th ahead of Besancenez.
