It was a good start to the weekend for Callum Ilott (Zanardi / Parilla), the pole sitter out of the 33 KF drivers with a best lap of 47” 100. Nicklas Nielsen (Kosmic / Vortex) was not far off in second position, by less than 6/100. The gap widened slightly then for Kevin Rossel (Tony Kart / Vortex) 3rd by to 1.2 tenths then Julien Darras (Tony Kart / TM) fourth ahead of Julien Fong (Tony Kart / TM). Dorian Boccolacci (Energy / TM) was re acclimatising to the category after racing in KZ2 last weekend: he is ranked seventh.
