It was raining when the X30 Junior drivers started their pre-final. Amaury Bonduel (ART GP) and Matteo Raspatelli (Kosmic) were on the front row and Adeline Prudent (Tony Kart) just behind. Bonduel was strong and Raspatelli was incisive in his wake. Jules Bollier (Kosmic) got the better of Prudent, fourth on the first lap with Michelle Halder (Wild Kart) threatening in fifth and Berkay Besler (Tony Kart) sixth. Bonduel escaped with Besler fourth. Brazilian Matheus Lesit (LH) made a good start with seventh place after gaining 16 places behind Luis Glania (Praga).

 

Bonduel improves the fastest lap and pulled out more than a second ahead of Raspatelli, Bollier was 3.4” behind the leader. Josh Price (RK) was pushed out on lap 6 and was down in 13th position. Julien Andlauer (OK1), after a difficult start, was back in eighth place with excellent speed. Raspatelli closed the gap with Bonduel, while Besler took third position ahead of Bollier. There was a beautiful recovery for the Portuguese Yohan Sousa (Zanardi), seventh with a gain of 12 places.

 

Bonduel took a magnificent victory about 2” in front of Raspatelli. Besler was third, Bollier fourth, Glania fifth, Sousa sixth and Andlauer seventh. Price was fastest in 10th.
