David Beckmann (Zanardi / BMB) started perfectly in the KFJ  final at Genk with Gabriel Aubry (Birel / TM) in his wake. There were several clashes in the pack. Aubry took the lead on the second lap in the 15-lap race, Beckmann replied two laps later. Both drivers had more than 3” between them and Parker Thompson (Energy / TM) who had distanced himself from the chasing pack by more than 3”. Nikita Mazepin (Tony Kart / Vortex) then took fourth position from Enaam Ahmed (FA Kart / Vortex) who was soon followed by Niko Kari (FA Kart / Vortex) and Amaury Bonduel (ART GP / TM). Bryan Elpitiya (Energy / TM) and Mick Betsch (Tony Kart / Vortex) took fourth from Nikita Sitnikov (Tony Kart / BMB) two laps later.

Lando Norris (FA Kart / Vortex), sanctioned in the prefinal, was back in the top 10, fighting with Lorenzo Travisanutto (Tony Kart / Vortex), but soon fell to the back. Travisanutto did well by taking sixth position. At the front the fastest driver on the track, Beckmann, pulled out a small lead over Aubry to win by 1.2” from the French driver, while Thompson finished in third position, by almost 5”.
