However, Jordon Lennox-Lamb (CRG / Parilla) was the fastest in final 2 for KZ1 at Zuera. But a bad start delayed the British driver, first seeing a compatriot, Ben Hanley (ART GP / TM) take the lead ahead of Max Verstappen (CRG / TM) who once again overtook for victory. Jérémy Iglesias (Lenzo / LKE) and Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) had a superb start, they also formed a French trio with Kozlinski (Birel / TM) close to the top five early in the race, while Roberto Toninelli (Birel / TM) was still fourth behind Jorrit Pex (CRG / TM).

Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) lost a lot of places after contact and needed to focus on his recovery again. Lennox-Lamb returned briskly to the front, but the gaps had already formed, so he could do no better than third behind Verstappen and Hanley. Pex retained his fourth position, Iglesias was assured in 5th ahead of Paolo De Conto (Birel / TM) and Rick Dreezen (Tony Kart / Vortex).
