Dennis Olsen (Energy / Leopard) by 0.099” followed in second place, while Michael Valiante (Italkart / Leopard) was third 0.159” further back. The leader of the SKUSA Pro Tour, Phil De La O (Top Kart / Leopard) set the seventh time, by 0.234”, and his pursuer in the standings, Remo Ruscitti (Italkart / Leopard) set only the 27th time by 0.480”.
All these times were obtained by the drivers in group 1 after going out on a faster track than group 2. Indeed, the polesitter for the 2nd series, Stepanova Nekeel (FA Kart / Leopard) was more than 5/10 from Leclerc, and would be ranked 31st if times were combined.
