Belmaaziz is victorious in the KF2 Prefinal

Pascal Belmaaziz (DR / Vortex) made the best start in the KF2 Prefinal with Victor Compere (Kosmic / Parilla) and Paul Boutonnet (Tony Kart / Parilla) just behind. Nicolas Gonzales (DR / Vortex) quickly took fourth position ahead of Hubert Petit (Sodi / Parilla) and Sébastien Bailly (Swiss Hutless / TM). Anthoine Hubert (Tony Kart / Vortex) retired and dropped out before the 3rd lap. Boutonnet and Gonzales overtook Compere, then Boutonnet took Gonzales. Meanwhile, Belmaaziz increased his lead.

From lap 5, Bailly took fifth, sixth was Moineault and poor Compere in 6th was losing ground. The TKF driver then attacked Bailly, who made it difficult to take fifth position. Gonzales was on a similar pace to his high-speed teammate Belmaaziz. Contact was established on lap 12 but Pascal left behind Nicolas until the finish which saw Boutonnet take third position, Petit 4th, Moineault 5th with the fastest time, Morgan Riche sixth.
