The Norwegian Dennis Olsen (Energy / TM) beat the Italian Matteo Viganò (Top Kart / Parilla) twice in the three heats of the WSK Final Cup in KF2 at Castelletto, confirming his speed with two fastest laps. He will start from pole position for the prefinal on Sunday. Vigano had far from abdicated his chances since he was still on the front row. Despite a kart that was sometimes far from its highest potential, Charles Leclerc (ART GP / Parilla) was able to rank third ahead of the the amazing Russian Vasily Romanov (Energy / Parilla) who was only 11th against the clock. The Briton Sam Snell (Energy / Parilla) gained in each heat and was fifth ahead of the Brazilian Thiago Vivacqua (Zanardi / Parilla), delayed first heat by a technical problem, but up to second place in the last. Kevin Lavelli (Top Kart / Parilla), Marco Maestranzi (PCR / Parilla), Alessio Guazzaroni (Top Kart / Parilla) and Daminao Fioravanti (Tony Kart / Vortex) completed the top 10.
