Aubry takes the advantage in the Prefinal

Bryan Elpitiya (Zanardi / Parilla) took the lead decisively fro Callum Ilott (Zanardi / Parilla) at the start of the pre-final in KF3, with Gabi Aubry (Birel / TM) in third position. A collision disrupted the pack under braking at the hairpin. Ilott retrieved the lead place on the third lap, while Aubry accelerated and took 2nd on the next lap. Jules Bollier (Kosmic / Parilla) moved up to the fourth from Paolo Besancenez (Sodi / Parilla), François Becamel (Kosmic / Parilla), Matteo Raspatelli (Tony Kart / Parilla) and Julien Darras (Tony Kart / Parilla).

Aubry attacked Ilott on lap 6. Becamel passed Besancenez for 5th place. Elpitiya pulled Ilott back in, but could not threaten him. Becamel reeled Bollier in, but kept his 5th place to start on the inside line for the final. Aubry set successive fastest laps and crossed the line in front of Ilott, Elpitiya, Bollier, Becamel, Besancenez and Darras.
