In an attempt to resist the hegemony of Maxime Roy (Tony Kart / TM), the solid leader in KZ2, Charles Fiault (Sodi / Maxter) and Julien Poncelet (ART PM / TM) will compete for second in the provisional standings, as well perhaps as Pierre Ragues (Sodi / Maxter), who last month was racing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in LMP2. Two newcomers will join the grid, Julien Deharte (CRG / Vortex), a regular in 125 gearbox and a female, a rare occurrence in this category, Lucile Cypriano (Tony Kart / TM) for her baptism of fire in KZ.
