IAME: one victory (on the track) and two spectacular podiums

The circuit La Conca, in Muro Leccese (Italy), hosts the third and second to last round of the WSK Euro Series. For the Parilla drivers a victory in KZ1, then revoked due to a disqualification, and two podiums.

KZ1
Cesetti (Top Kart/Parilla) does a very good job, in Final 1 he climbs back from the 15th place almost to the podium (4th); then on Sunday, after two splendid heats (3th and 4th), he finishes 6th. His performance has constantly emproved along the whole week end. A joyful Lammers (Praga/Parilla) crosses the finish line, but the Dutchman driver is then disqualified due to an over take under the yellow flags that he missed by distraction: on Saturday, following two victories in the heats, he also conquers the Pole in Final 1, but then he is forced to leave the race after a contact. On Sunday he does a great job in the heats, (8th with the best lap and then 4th) and in Final 2 he recovers well till the victory. Too bad he gets disqualified after the race. Hajek (Praga/Parilla) is also author of a good performance: 4th in the qualifying session, he suffers a little in the heats, but recovers well from the bottom in the two finals (12th and 8th).

KF2
Leclerc (ArtGP/Parilla) runs a week end without any smear and with the 2nd place in the Final, he strongly keeps the leadership of the championship. 3rd in the Superpole, 6th overall after the heats, 4th in the Pre Final and, as mentioned, 2ndin the Final. Maestranzi (PCR/Parilla) is also super fast: he scores three times best lap in the 5 heats he races, 24th at the start of the Pre Final and then 9th at the finish line after a great recovery. He completes his job in the Final with the 5th place. Well done also for Barnicoat (ArtGP/Parilla): 4th in the Superpole, he somehow loses the way in the in the Pre Final, but then he resumes and conquers the 6th place in the Final. Highlights also for Snell(Energy/Parilla) and Dabski (Praga/Parilla), just a step form the top ten (respectively 11th and 12th).

Ilott (Zanardi/Parilla) is always first until the Pre Final (also with twice best lap in the heats), then in the final he fights to the end and finishes with the 3rd place. Now he is closer to the leadership of the championship and strengthens his 2nd overall placement. Ticktum, Stroll and Mazepin (all Zanardi/Parilla) are always among the first ones and respectively finish the Final with the 8th, 12th, 13th place. Dionisios (Top Kart/Parilla), Bertonelli (Spirit/Parilla) and Kremers (PCR/Parilla) do well in the Pre Final (6th, 10th and 10th), but then stray in the Final (21st, 22nd and 24th). Van Leuween (Zanardi/ Parilla) does better in the Final, 15th and Sereia (PCR/Parilla) too, 16th.

Highlights in the heats for “Skeed” (Top Kart/Parilla), 5th, and Abrusci (Intrepid/Parilla), 6th and then 15th in the Final starting from the bottom of the grid. The top in the two Finals is Zailinger (Tony Kart/Parilla): 10th in the Pre Final and 13th in the Final. Behind him, in both races, comes Negro (Intrepid/Parilla).
