Max Verstappen (Intrepid / TM) led from start to finish in the second KF1 heat, A against C, which was finally started after two false starts. Felice Tiene (CRG / BMB) followed closely, but never able to get close enough to challenge for the lead. Anyway, Max was the fastest on the track. Pedro Hiltbrand (FA Kart / Vortex) remained isolated in third position, Karol Basz (Birel / BMB) could not threaten him, and even worse he had to give way to Matthew Graham (Zanardi / Parilla) who was having his best race of the meeting. The Pole could do nothing on his worn tyres.

Tom Joyner (LH / BMB) was fast and took sixth from Carlos Gil (Tony Kart / Vortex) ahead of Teemu Petjoi (Tony Kart / Vortex), the Finn who also had to save his tyres. Dave Blom (Formula K / TM) finished 9th in front of Kazuya Ishii (Birel / BMB) who was probably happy to finish for once, then Yannick De Brabander (Formula K / TM) who was faster than his younger Dutch teammate. It was an insignificant race for Kozlinski (PCR / TM) who has yet to compensate for a somewhat average kart. Jordon Lennox-Lamb (CRG / BMB) lost out in a big collision at the second corner, but came back to 17th, while John Filippi was the only retirement of this heat, after only two laps.
