Flawless in the final of the Asia-Pacific Championship, the Dane Nicklas Nielsen (Kosmic / Vortex) led for 24 laps without ever being disturbed. Only Damiano Fioravanti (Tony Kart / Vortex) approached the leader during the final laps so one can imagine how he managed his lead. Nirei Fukuzumi (Kosmic / Vortex) took second place in the early laps, but Fioravanti has dislodged him on lap 6. Argentina’s Federico Panetta (Tony Kart / Vortex) lost ground early in the race, but brilliantly regained his place and was the fastest in the race.

Meanwhile, we watched with interest the climb of Kevin Rossel (Birel / BMB) up to sixth position, but his machine was less efficient and eventually he had to give way to Fukuzumi, then also to Paolo Ippolito (Kosmic / Vortex), who also made a comeback in sixth position. It was also a good race at the forefront for the driver from Singapore, Andrew Tang, who finished just off the podium for the third time.
