There was an eventful first race of the semifinals with a KF3 crash at the hairpin after the start eliminated Jeremy Demarque, Matteo Raspatelli and Alexandre Guiod. Thomas Landais (Sodi / Parilla) and the pole sitter Bryan Elpitiya (Zanardi / Parilla) lost places.

Max Defourny (PCR / Parilla) took the opportunity to take the lead ahead of Nathan Aston (Intrepid / TM), followed by Alexandre Gadois (FA Kart / Vortex) and Guillermo Russo (FA Kart / Vortex). Aston attacked and took the lead, Russo retook third and in fourth position Elpitiya was joined the front by Alec Weckstrom (Maranello / Vortex) and Gabi Aubry (Birel / TM). At the halfway point, Russo took the lead followed by Defourny and Aston.

Weckstrom and Aubry climbed into the second and third places while the leader got away. Aubry passed Weckstrom, Elpitiya remained in contact, Landais was back to 5th and ahead of Sammy Oram-Jones (Intrepid / TM). The trio joined Russo and the group became a quartet led by Aubry which was lively on the 11th of 14 laps. The final lap had no shortage of attacks. Starting 23rd, Russo won in front of Weckstrom, Aubry, Elpitiya and Landais.
