The French driver Anthony Abbasse has been flawless so far in the Supernationals XV in Las Vegas. After his pole position in KZ2, he has won all of the qualifying heats to take pole position on the grid for the final 25 laps on Sunday shortly before 2000 (French time). The Sodi driver dominated Bas Lammers (Intrepid / TM) and Rick Dreezen (Tony Kart / Vortex), the formidable opponents in the top 3, followed by Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) Thomas Mich (Birel / TM), Gary Carlton (LH / Maxter) and Yannick De Brabander (Formula K / TM).
After a delay in a heat, Beitske Visser (Intrepid / TM) 14th, Mirko Torsellini (CRG / Maxter) 15th and Jeremy Iglesias (Intrepid / TM) 16th will need to quickly use the early laps to attempt to return to the front.
Similarly, the Finn Teemu Suninen (Intrepid / TM) won heats in KF2, ahead of Dave Blom and Yannick De Brabander. Sam Snell and Sami Luka completed the top five before the final, while Dennis Olsen was relegated to 10th behind Damiano Fioravanti, after a bad result in the last hear.
