Minime Qualifying at Essay

The last round of the GPO in 2011 includes an additional program of racing at Essay, with the Coupe de France for Minime and Cadet.

French Cadet Champion Gautier Becq confirmed his talent by taking pole position. Making steady progress, Maxime Naud, in second, is already close at 4 / 10 from Emilien Carde. 2011 French Minime Champion, Jules Bollier took the chance to try Cadet and is in an encouraging fourth position ahead of Alexander Pouliquen and Anthony Fernandez.

In Minimal, the drivers were divided into three groups. Arthur Lehouck on 57 “074 (group 1) and Nathan Hedouin on 57” 090 (group 3) were very close, but pole went to Lehouck. Alexandre Retou was fastest in Group 2 on 57 “435. In this well supported category (53 drivers), many will aim for the podium, as shown by the excellent times produced by Florian Venturi, Alexander Schmit, Paul Guiod or Alexander Vromant.
