The field was not large in KF2 (16 drivers), but that did not stop the pre-final being very exciting. The title of the Champion of France is at stake and everyone is fighting for the top positions.

The hierarchy of qualifying has been shaken. First off with the disappearance of the poleman Anthoine Hubert, while Victor Sendin took the lead with the Belgian Guillaume De Ridder in his wheeltracks.

But no doubt motivated by the extra challenge, Pascal Belmaaziz was on the attack and took the best of his two rivals. Even though built a small lead, he could not counter the magnificent recovery of Anthoine Hubert. For his part, Sendin lost a place at the end of the race to the Belgian Denis Dupont, third at the end.

Remy Deguffroy had to pit because he had lost some bodywork in the scuffle in the first few laps, Leo Roussel had also dropped back after missing a braking point that was a little optimistic when attacking De Ridder. Too bad, because the driver from Ludo Racing seemed fast. The Belgian was able to continue his race but fell to seventh position with a damaged kart. Corentin Gilson and his compatriot Ingrid Girard (back from last place after being excluded from for being underweight) finally managed to get ahead.
