At the end of the six qualifying heats for the KZ1 World Cup, we again have Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter) and Arnaud Kozlinski (CRG / Maxter) in the first two places. Yet the battle was tough … Fore won two of his three heats, Koko one, but fought at the front, enough to beat Rick Dreezen (Tony Kart / Vortex), also already in the third in qualifying. Beistke Visser has been by far the fastest Intrepid / TM, she is in fourth position before the finals, thanks to a win and also to her talent!

Jonathan Thonon (CRG / Maxter) is in a healthy fifth, he also showed very good speed in his last race. Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / Maxter) is on a perfectly refreshed machine and is in 6th. Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) lost time at the start of his third heat, otherwise the two 2nd places he took would have given him better position. Paolo De Conto (Energy / TM) is – only – 8th, Yannick De Brabander (Paolin / TM) was in on it in performance, but he retired in the final heat and was relegated to 12th place. Ditto for Thomas Mich (Monza / TM) 14th.
