The Sodi Racing Team had prepared well for the Spanish round of the World KF1 Championship. During free practice, Anthoine Hubert and his Sodi/Parilla were at the front on the long Zuera track. Things started a bit less well on Saturday, on the first racing day, due to changing weather conditions, but despite it all, Anthoine got back to the top 10 thanks to his 9th place in Race 2.

On Sunday morning, things started to get better on the French side, with the stunning recovery by Anthoine from 9th to 4th place in Race 3, and would have continued even better, considering the excellent start made in Race 4, if a defective back tyre had not ended his legitimate ambitions.

In KF3, Paolo Besancenez and Valentin Moineault were in good position after the European Championship qualifying heats, but their hopes were dashed in the final phases by incidents caused by some competitors’ aggressiveness that went unsanctioned.

What really matters, however, is that Sodi chassis had the opportunity to show a most interesting potential before the important meetings of the end of the season.
