Daniil Pronenko (Birel / TM) cuts through the wind on the track at Zuera.

Careful observers have noted that some teams, including Birel and some Maranello, have different bodywork on their machines to improve their performance on the long and fast circuit at Zuera. They appear to have the OTK for their gain in aerodynamics, but also to increase the effectiveness of the chassis. We heard about two tenths better with such equipment. These tests are important for racing but also for the new homologation in to January 2012.
