The drivers qualified for the KF3 prefinal in the WSK Euro Series await the fateful hour in the sun on dummy grid at La Conca, some casually sitting on a tire, others with helmets already on behind the wheel. The wind is still strong and refreshing. George Russell (Intrepid / TM) shared the front row with Dennis Olsen (Energy / TM), while Esteban Ocon (FA Kart / Vortex) and Pedro Hiltbrand (Kosmic / Vortex) were preparing to attack.

Russell and Ocon got a good start, Olsen lost time taking his place, so Antonio Fuoco and Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex) got ahead. In seventh position, Charles Leclerc (Intrepid / TM) set the fastest lap in front of Hiltbrand. Scott and Krattiger were missing.

Russell got away, Ocon was more than a second ahead of Fuoco, the gaps were closing in the rest of the pack. Fuoco seemed to be slightly closer but Ocon reacted instantly. Leclerc threatened Hansson to gain 6th place and captured it on lap 10, but Hansson retaliated and Charles had to give way to seventh placed Kim Oomen. Meanwhile, Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex) was in fourth position, and could not be overtaken by Fuoco. Leclerc took over seventh place and then Lance Stroll (Zanardi / Parilla) followed him. The victory went to George Russell, dominating a race just exciting between Ocon Esteban, and Antonio Fuoco.
