Oriola returns in Race 2

The weather was slightly cooler in the early afternoon, the atmosphere was heavier, but so far so good. Race 2 for the KF2 B Finalists was first led by Luca Osvaldi (DR / Parilla), but Gianni Vigorito (Birel / BMB) took the lead before the end of the first lap. Jordi Oriola (FA Kart / Vortex) was soon to take control of the race ahead of Vigorito and Federico Savona (Top Kart / Parilla) and Michele Beccaria (Top Kart / TM).

We followed the comeback of Ingrid Girard (Tony Kart / Vortex) closely who was in 14th position with a possible qualification in sight. Savona surrendered his 2nd place to Luca Osvaldi (DR / Parilla) in mid-race, while Vigorito fell back to 15th. The battle continued behind Oriola, well protected by the his lead. Beccaria seized second position. Savona dropped back to 5th place, Riccardo Negro (DR / Parilla) took 3rd at the expense of Osvaldi.

Jordi Oriola took clear victory ahead of Beccaria, Negro, Maximilian Koch (Maddox / TM) and Daniil Pronenko (Birel / TM). Ingrid Girard unfortunately dropped to 20th position, Vincent Gayde had withdrawn before the halfway point.
