There was a big crash in a cloud of dust after the start of the KF2 final, but the leaders were not affected and Sami Luka (Energy / TM) was well ahead after the first lap, from Francisco Abreu ( Tony Kart / Vortex) and Loris Spinelli (Top Kart / Parilla). Moller-Madsen was very delayed. Abreu attacked Luka, took first position and escaped. Kevin Rossel (RK / BMB) moved into third ahead of Damiano Fioravanti (Tony Kart / Vortex). Victor Sendin (Tony Kart / Vortex) was back in the top 10.
Abreu seemed entrenched in the lead, and Luka gave up ground to Rossel, but resisted his attack before giving up. Rossel recovered second ahead of Lars Sorensen (Birel / BMB), Antonio Giovinazzi (PCR / TM), Lori Spinelli and the surprising Malaysian Tan Weiron (Kosmic / Vortex). Francisco Abreu took stunning victory in his home country ahead of Rossel and Sorensen.
