Doubling is just a way of speaking, as Jonathan Thonon (CRG / Maxter) scored no points on Saturday at the WSK Sarno Euro Series with two consecutive victories, which gave him pole for the final. Rick Dreezen (Tony Kart / Vortex) was a solid second, while Arnaud Kozlinski (CRG / Maxter) pulled out all the stops to win his first race and was 3rd in the next, a result that owes much to the legendary sense of attack of the French driver. The proof is that he heads Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex).

Good performances also came from Armand Convers (Kosmic / Vortex), long a leader in his 2nd race and is currently 5th in the intermediate. In 6th, Yannick De Brabander (Parolin / TM) brightened the colors of Formula K before being heckled and had to be content with two 3rd places. Bas Lammers, in 7th, is the fastest of the Intrepid / TMs, and was probably better than that. Alessandro Giulietti (Tony Kart / Vortex) had its own game in eighth ahead of Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter) and Jérémy Iglesias (Intrepid / TM), who was, but delayed by the intensity of the struggle in the second heat.
