Two heats sorted the order of the KF1 drivers on Saturday, under the Spring sun at Sarno, for the WSK Euro Series. The first race was pretty good, Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) dominated things followed by a pair of unsuccessful suitors, Karol Basz (RK / BMB) and rookie talent Alexander Albon (Intrepid / TM). Not yet in a position to challenge the victory, Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 4th in front of Nyck De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla).

The second race was much more animated. Camponeschi, Basz and Albon were disrupted by the recovery of Nyck De Vries up to 2nd place for the start. Basz proved to be the stronger leader and won ahead of Albon, already sure of his subject, Camponeschi, D’Agosto and De Vries.

In the intermediate ranking, Basz was ahead of Camponeschi, Albon, D’Agosto and De Vries. Leo Roussel (Sodi / Parilla) confirmed his performance in 6th. There was a nice comeback by Felice Tiene (CRG / Maxter) in 8th, Sébastien Bailly (Kosmic / Vortex) was successful and a with a great 2nd heat Remy Deguffroy (Tony Kart / Vortex) was within the top 10.
