The racing resumed after a short lunch break. In the paddock, there was talk of penalties imposed by the stewards of the CIK that were unfortunately too often taken from videos and too little from the ground and observing what really happened on the track, according to many opinions. Lennox Lamb and Luka retired after changes of their electronic box by the scrutineers have also caused talk. Yet the CIK control boxes were checked before replacement and Laurent Arnaud says there is no concern on this side. Also, he cautions that the stewards are on the track and that only the judges of the fact use videos.

Varley and Hamppi were on the front row, Johansson was 4th and De Vries 5th for A1/C1. Varley escaped at the front, Moller Madsen took fourth position, in a duel with his teammate Johansson. Loïc Réguillon retired at the start of lap 2. Behind Hamppi, in second, there was now the Polish driver Basz. Ben Hanley was 8th ahead of Brandon Maisano.

De Vries went on the offensive and took second position, with the fastest time. Maisano also went on the hunt, he was 7th and then 6th. De Vries made contact with Varley on lap 6 and took the lead on the inside before the straight. Impressive victory for De Vries, who seemed to be on his best game and Basz was second, Johansson 3rd, Varley 4th and Moller Madsen remained behind him. Maisano finished 6th in having been very rapid, with Hanley a few lengths away.
