Thomas Jager (Birel / BMB) Jager, Alex Baron (Sodi / Parilla) and Clement Bluy (Tony Kart / Vortex) opened the first KF2 session. Niklas Brinkmann (Zanardi / Maxter) mixed with the fight for the top, the positions were exchanged at every turn. Brinkmann set the fastest time with two laps remaining, Jager took 2nd place at the last moment, while Riccardo Agostini (CKR / TM) took third position ahead of Baron, Max Klinkby-Silver (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Bluy.

Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) launched the second session for KF2, but Sami Luka (Energy / TM) quickly replaced him at the top of the table, followed by Karol Basz (RK / BMB). That’s when Denis Dupont (Tony Kart / Vortex) made his appearance and put everyone to rights. Yu Kanamaru (Tony Kart / Vortex) was up there for a moment, but Dupont had produced the best performance at the end of session. Luka finished second, ahead of Basz, Michelle Gatting (CRG / Maxter) and Stefano Cucco (Birel / Parilla).

The battle was fierce in the last group with Nicolaj Moller-Madsen (Energy / TM), Jason Kremer (Tony Kart / Vortex), Macaulay Walsh (RK / TM), Teemu Suninen (Maranello / Maranello) and Emanuele Pagani (Tony Kart / Vortex). But Sebastien Bailly (Kosmic / Vortex) entered the scene to achieve the fastest lap. Suninen took Luke Varley (Tony Kart / Vortex) on the wire for second place, Tom Joyner (Gillard / TM) was 4th ahead of Moller-Madsen.

Overall, Bailly is on pole ahead of Suninen, Dupont, Varley and Luka, with three Belgians in the top 5 on the Belgian circuit of Genk …
