The classification worked out informally by Kartcom worked perfectly in KF2. Tom Grice (Maranello / Maxter) is in the lead after the KF2 heats of the European qualifier in England. Alex Baron (Sodi / Parilla) confirmed his good form with 3rd (1 win and 2 2nds) and the return to the forefront of the French brand. Alex is also the only continental driver in the top 10 and then there is no less than seven British, bringing to nine the number in the top 10. Luke Varley (Tony Kart / Vortex) had dominated the category with three wins, but dropped back to 6th position after a DNF. He should not be forgotten tomorrow… Jordon Lennox-Lamb (Birel / BMB) started badly with a retirement but recovered well afterwards (a victory) to start 10th.

Victorious in a heat, Mitchell Gilbert (Energy / TM) is 11th ahead of Loïc Réguillon and Michael Heche (Intrepid / TM). Vincent Fraïsse (Intrepid / TM) is 16th ahead of Enzo Guibbert (FA Kart / Vortex) who found performance on Saturday afternoon (2nd place). David Da Luz (Zanardi / Parilla) saved some face with 21st position, Clement Bluy in 24th has not been spoiled, while the Japanese Kanamaru Yu (Tony Kart / Vortex) peaked later than usual, in 28th. Victor Sendin (Tony Kart / Vortex) has got into the final, Victor Colome is the final qualifier and the unfortunate Sam Snell, the first non-qualified.
