We quickly saw how fast he was and it is a pleasure to see the top ranking KF3 driver at Zuera is Pedro Hiltbrand (Kosmic / Vortex) who has shown great consistency and is reaping the benefits on his native soil. Behind him, a demon pair is in 2nd and 3rd positions – Loris Spinelli (Intrepid / TM) and Max Verstappen (CRG / Maxter). A revelation is in 4th: the Dane Nicklas Nelsen (DR / Parilla). Hoevenaars is in 12th, ahead of Ocon and Hubert. Albon, the winner at Lonato is only 16th, and Gasly is 20th. Deguffroy, Moineault, Marchetti and Lucile Cypriano also qualified for the finals.

In contrast, Leo Roussel has to stay on the sidelines, but is not alone because the list of non-qualifiers also includes names like Charles Leclerc, Carlos Gil, Benjamin Gerard, Alice Brasseur, Igor Walilko, Callan O’Keefe, Erwan Julé …

We expect a fierce battle this afternoon for the finals with many track and leader changes in prospect.
