The track was wet at Zuera for the last qualifying heats on Sunday morning, and the ranking in KF2 reveals some surprises after the two previous rounds of the WSK in 2010. A Topkart / Parilla, of the Italian Antonio Giovinazzi, is in first place without having won a single victory, proof that the favorites have had many problems.

However, Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) is doing more than well in 2nd place with 3 wins, ahead of the stunning Michelle Gatting (CRG / Maxter). The Polish driver Karol Basz (RK / BMB) made a comeback with 4th position, ahead of regular Nortoft Jacob (FA Kart / Vortex). Then comes Kanamaru, Moller-Madsen, Bluy (1st French), Lock and Barrabeig.

Poleman in timed practice, Dalewski was delayed in the 1st heat and took 13th position, ahead of Varley, Luka and Fraïsse, who was 16th. Victor Sendin is the final qualifier in 34th position. Stefano Cucco, Jordan King, John Filippi, Sébastien Bailly, David Da Luz were the most well known non-qualifiers, among others.
