Nobody can, for now, oppose the domination of Armand Convers (Kosmic /- Vortex) in Super KF. Galvanized by his recent victory at Lonato, Armand was intractable in the top category of international karting, as evidenced by his 3 consecutive wins in the qualifying heats at WSK Euro Series at Zuera with 2 of the 3 fastest laps, following his pole and SuperPole.
Nyck De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla) proved to be his most dangerous opponent in front of Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex), recovering well from qualifying. Gary Catt (Tony Kart / Vortex) started well, but a retirement in H3 meant he was only 9th. Note the good 10th for Canadian newcomer Philip Orcic (Zanardi / Maxter), consistent in 10th. Felice Tiene was the first CRG / Maxter, in 14th, he too, had a problem in the 3rd heat. Davide Fore finished 20th and Kozlinski 21st after a DNF in H2.
