Ignazio D’Agosto (Tony Kart / Vortex) so far remains the boss in KF2: pole position in timed qualifying was followed by 4 successive victories in the heats at the WSK at Lonato. The Italian driver of course is the favourite for the finals. His opponents will also be sharp, including Nicolaj Moller-Madsen (Energy / TM), Guilherme Silva (Tony Kart / Vortex), Michelle Gatting (CRG / Maxter) and Gerard Barrabeig (Birel / BMB).
The French driver Enzo Guibbert at Braun Racing had an exemplary day and is 8th in the Intermediate standings. The 1st of the Parilla engines, in 10th, is Stefano Cucco on a Birel, followed by Kevin Susilo of the DR Racing Team in 14th position. Heche is 16th, Réguillon 20th, Bluy 23rd, Bailly 28th, Nortoft 32nd.
Da Luz, Filippi, King, Colome, Fraïsse, Luka, Baron, Sendin … are all part of the long list of unqualified drivers.
