Pole for Albon in KF3

Loris Spinelli (Intrepid / TM) dominated group 1 in KF3 at the Margutti on a dry track, but under a leaden sky. He clocked the fastest time in 48,833. Second early on, Esteban Ocon (Exprit / Vortex) didn’t improve as the laps went on due to early drop and found himself credited with the 6th fastest time. Davey Koch (Tony Kart / Vortex) progressed to second place ahead of Gabriele Bensi (BRM / TM) and the French driver Thomas Ferrando (Maranello / TM).

The 2nd group was slightly faster. Peter Hoevenaars (Intrepid / TM) led until Alexander Albon (Intrepid / TM) lit up and finally posted the fastest time (48,567) not less than 2 tenths ahead of Kevin Lavelli (Birel / BMB), Hoevenaars and Lucas Auer (Maddox / Parilla).

Overall, Albon took pole ahead of Lavelli, Spinelli and Hoevenaars.
