Thonon leads the dance in KZ

With 2 wins, the CRG / Maxter dominated the KZ heats at La Conca. As usual, he led the race in an unbeatable way. A good surprise on the French side, as Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) is in second place at the end of the heats with a 4th place and a victory. Paolo De Conto (Energy / TM) was able to combine performance and consistency to rank 3rd overall and 1st in KZ2 in front of Tony Kart / Vortex driver Rick Dreezen.

The Bulgarian Mishel Georgiev (CRG / TM) made a brilliant start with 5th place (second in KZ2) while Manuel Renaudie moved his PCR / TM to 6th place. It was not until the 7th position that there was an Intrepid / TM. Racing incidents explain this relative rout of the orange drivers. Lammers is in 7th and Iglesias 8th, but the potential of their machinery is intact and we should find them better placed tomorrow. Finally, note the beautiful 15th position for Gianni Gazzurelli (FA Kart / Vortex) who gave it everything. 17 drivers will have to compete in the repechage on Sunday morning to try to reach the Finals.
