Picolo Nyck beats the greats !

The Track is dry but cold, there is an icy wind, but a warm atmosphere for 1st round of Super KF at La Conca for the WSK Euro Series. Nick De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla), loses the advantage of the 1st line on the grid while Gary Catt (Tony Kart / Vortex) maintains the lead, followed by Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) Armand Convers (Kosmic / Vortex) and Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex). Yannick De Brabander (Intrepid / TM) struck Libor Toman (Birel / BMB).

Ardigo took command from the 2nd lap, Convers loses ground and De Vries finds himself in 4th then Camponeschi but far behind the leaders. Arnaud Kozlinski (CRG / Parilla) clocked the fastest lap. De Vries and Convers pass Camponeschi, Kozlinski is opening on Cesetti to gain the 6th position.

Nyck in 3rd gradually gains on the two leaders with a very quick machine. In the last lap, Ardigo is delayed by a back marker and Catt and De Vries benefit, De Vries passes Catt in the wake to win his 1st race in Super KF while Convers and Ardigo are almost neck and neck on the line and winning the 3rd place. De Vries, called Picolo Nyck, is now one of the best pilots in Super KF his second race in the category …

Camponeschi finished 5th, Kozlinski 6th, Cesetti 7th, Dale 8th, and in 9th Maïsano Cooper.
