1st pole for De Vries in Super KF!

Nyck was incredible! Competing in his second Super KF event, he set the best time of the Super KF qualifying at La Conca. He had reservations at Lonato for the Winter Cup, but it is now already past. Dino Chiesa has found what he needed in the Zanardi / Parilla and the driver made the difference. The sky was threatening over the track, but it was not raining yet.

The Tony Kart / Vortex factory drivers were behind Nyck, second with Gary Catt, Marco Ardigo 3rd and Flavio Camponeschi 4th. You could even add the 5th place of Armand Convers (Kosmic / Vortex). Libor Toman (Birel / BMB) was 6th in front of Ben Cooper (Tony Kart / Vortex), Yannick De Brabander (Intrepid / TM), Andrea Dale (Birel / BMB) and Sauro Cesetti (Birel / BMB). Arnaud Kozlinski (CRG / Maxter), was 11th by 4 tenths and Jordan Chamberlain (Tony Kart / TM) 12th, and they will all meet tomorrow morning for a Super Pole that could shake up the hierarchy.

Among the (bad?) surprises of qualifying, Brandon Maisano (Intrepid / TM) was 14th, Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter) 16th, and Rowland and Hanley did only 2 or 3 laps and are at the back of the grid. Conversely, there was a great performance from Laura Tillett (Tony Kart / TM) in 18th position.
