On lap 2, Zdenek Groman (Maranello / Parilla) took 5th at the expense of Jonathan Thonon (CRG / Maxter). Oliver Rowland (LH / Maxter), Tereza Gromanova (Maranello / Parilla), Libor Toman (Birel / Parilla) and Tom Grice (Birel / Parilla) followed. Vainio (Maranello / Maxter) dropped to the back of the pack, joined by Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter) after taking a trip over the grass. Convers closed back in on Kozlinski while Sauro Cesetti Birel / Parilla) experienced a second mechanical failure.

Convers took Kozlinski on lap five, and Groman passed Catt.The battle did not stop there as he managed to take the lead from Ardigo 2 laps later. Maïsano enters the top 10 when he passed Toman. There was a good fight between Birel teammates Toman and Grice which turned in favor of the English driver. The race was very close for 3rd place: Groman had now passed and Kozlinski was left to hold off Catt and Rowland.

With 2 laps to go Ardigo regained the lead, and Groman was still ahead of. Marco Ardigo won, for the 2nd time which should give him pole for the start of the Super Final, ahead of Convers who hasn’t been that far up for a long time. Groman finished 3rd, Koko again 4th, Catt, Rowland and Maïsano were next. Tereza Gromanova took the advantage from Thonon on the last lap.
