The GPO plan is to cancel the Super Pole in case of bad weather and that is the case today at Ostricourt. Not that the rain threatened to disrupt this additional meeting, but this would disadvantage the best competitors. Indeed, the slicks have not yet been used this morning and to go for a few laps on a still greasy track with high pressures would cause them to prematurely wear. Sporting fairness has been chosen over the show, which seems a good choice from the race director. The qualifying times thus decided the starting order in the préfinals ahead.
