Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter) was the fastest KZ2 by a tenth from Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) in the timed practice. This is a very good thing for the Italian champion, returning to the front of the stage. Norman Nato (Intrepid / TM) remains a sure bet: not only is he 3rd, but he beat his team-mates Iglesias (5th), Lammers (16th) and Piccini (19th).
Gary Catt made a good performance on an equal footing with Nato. Dreezen was 6th ahead of Renaudie, Bressan 9th ahead of Kozlinski. Mich was 11th fastest, 15th was Convers and Thonon 16th.
Fitted with an official Vortex Gazzurelli progressed in terms of performance and envisages qualifying serenely for the finals.
