Nato takes advantage of the sun

On pole, Norman Nato (Intrepid / TM) made a successful start in the first heat at Wackersdorf in KZ1. The young driver, supported by Action Karting and Intrepid France, was not intimidated by the pack of highly experienced drivers who were hot on his heels. The CRG / Maxter trio of Arnaud Kozlinski, Jonathan Thonon and Davide Fore were chasing. Thonon dislodged Kozlinski on the third lap when he declined in relative pace. Fore soon took 3rd place and Thomas Mich (Birel / TM) 4th.

 

On the 4th to 7th laps, Gary Catt (Tony Kart / Vortex) challenged Koko with some beautiful passes and he had to relinquish it. Thomas Knopper (PCR / TM) took the opportunity to move into 5th position and Koko was now 7th behind Alessandro Piccini (Intrepid / TM). The chequered flag confirmed the victory for Nato, who withstood the attacks from Thonon, then 3rd was Fore and 4th Mich. Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) was just into the top 10.
