Genk: Mäki-Jouppi and De Vries on pole

Genk: Mäki-Jouppi and De Vries on pole

With an Alpha chassis, the Finn Juha Mäki-Jouppi posted the fastest lap at Genk, Belgium in KF2. The Tecno / Parilla of Kenny Vermeylen followed very closely. In 3rd position was Clemente Picariello (CRG / Maxter), followed by the Danish Michelle Gatting (Maddox / Maxter) and her compatriot Nicolaj Moller-Madsen (Energy / TM).

Petri Suvanto (Birel / Parilla) ranked 10th by 0.16s, Sébastien Bailly (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 18th by 0.28s and Sami Luka (DR / Maxter) in 20th at 0.32 from the pole. Guillaume De Ridder (CRG / Vortex) was only 33rd.

In KF3, Nyck De Vries (Zanardi / Parilla) remained the master of qualifying. Second to him was the Haase / VKR of Niklas Tihonen (Finland) ahead Dimitry Suranovich (Tony Kart / Vortex), Dennis Olsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Christian Sorensen (Tony Kart / Vortex).
