Saturday for CRG and Manetti

A review of the day in KZ2 at Sarno reveals domination by CRG / Maxter, placing four drivers in the lead of the qualifying heats. Four races have been run, and there are still two to complete on Sunday morning.

Manetti_samsoir.jpgAlessandro Manetti is leading, performing faultlessly with two victories. Arnaud Kozlinski is not far off, with one victory and one second place. Jonathan Thonon came back from 10th place in qualifying and peaked Saturday evening in third position. Rick Dreezen made an even stronger recovery from 12th to the 4th. Marco Ardigo, who finished second and fourth on his Tony Kart / Vortex, is provisionally in fifth place. Then another Maxter, the Maranello of Davide Forè occupies sixth place.

Sauro Cesetti, consistent in 11th position, is the top Birel driver after Francesco Laudato broke down in his first race while leading. Thomas Mich also retired on the first lap of the first race, but was very strong in second place in the next. He is 21st for the moment. Pierre Ragues is 24th, Benjamin Bailly 25th, Tony Lavanant 26th, Laudato the 27th and 28th Alessandro Piccini.

Some good drivers have had problems: Andrea Benedetti, Davide Gaggianesi, Bas Lammers, Mathias Gallepe… Each still have a heat on Sunday, which could change many things.
