The start was clear for Race 2 in KZ2. Tony Lavanant and Joffrey Demanse started in front, followed by Kevin Jansen and Patrick Hajek. Only Emmanuele Neri was missing. The two leaders pulled out a small gap, but Demanse retained his pressure on Lavanant. The British driver Hawksworth immediately started to make progress, and was already in fourth on the sixth lap. Enzo Zefirini also progressed as planned, but lost a wheel after an overtaking attempt that was a little hot-headed.

The fight between Lavanant and Demanse promised to be tough, while Hawksworth joined them in mid-race after dropping Jansen. Mathias Gallepe moved from seventh to fifth before being taken by Angerlo Lombardo. On the 15th lap, Demanse fixed onto an opening left by Lavanant, which was an important turning point of the race. Demanse was faster and created a gap that was big enough to resist the rebound of Hawksworth who had overcome Lavanant.

Demanse and Hawksworth alternated the fastest lap between them, but the French driver managed to maintain a gap that prevented the British driver making an attempt on him in the final laps.

A beatiful victory for Joffrey Demanse ahead of Jack Hawksworth and Tony Lavanant.
