KF1 Final: snow is the decider

Already confusion reigned on the track during the parade laps.

Stevens could not start, Catt jack-knifed on the line, Bressan slid into the gravel and Convers went onto the grass. Everything was shaken.

Abbasse was the leader for a short time, but then dropped back to second and then third and lost a lot of time. As is often the case, our British friends were there to pick up the pieces. Litchfield took the lead but it was Jason Parrott who took command permanently.

The gaps widened. Kozlinski returned to the top five, attacking and moving to second place before crashing out of the race on the left. Sauro Cesetti moved up from 20th to third place. Abbasse was joined by Ryall who challenged for fourth but he managed to hold him off.

The final was won by Jason Parrott ahead of Mark Litchfield and Sauro Cesetti.
