The two leaders have taken an identical path, the Australian Jaiden Pope and the Dutchman Robert De Haan, who each have one victory and two 2nd places. After taking pole position on Wednesday, Pope retains the advantage. With two wins, but a 5th place, the Mexican Noel Leon also impressed and will be watched closely.

The other two heats were won by two Danes, Mads Riis (5th) and Victor Frost Bay (7th). Canada’s Thomas Nepveu (4th) has remained near the top of the standings, while the British deputation will be able to count on the very fast Lewis Gilbert (6th).

Penalised twice for an unsporting event and a spoiler, the Belgian Kobe Pauwels (32nd) has probably lost his chances of a podium, unless he makes an incredible comeback.
Three Frenchmen follow closely, with Marcus Amand 17th, Dylan Léger 18th and Esteban Masson 20th. Cesar Gazeau is further back in 28th position.
